What to include

• The NYC address and apartment number you looked up.
• The email address used at checkout, if the question is about a paid report.
• The approximate time of the lookup or purchase.
• A screenshot or exact error message, without payment-card details.

Public-record corrections

Apartment Fax does not author the government records it compiles. If a city record is wrong, the publishing agency must correct the source. Send us the address and source record if Apartment Fax displays a corrected source inaccurately.

Plugin help

The ChatGPT and Codex plugin supports read-only lookups for New York City addresses. It does not buy reports or collect payment. For connection problems, include the prompt you used and the error shown by ChatGPT or Codex.
